Q: Why can’t this dual wireless charging pad charge my phone?

A: 1. Please make sure your phone supports wireless charging. Our charger can charge all phones with wireless charging function, you can check the adaptation instructions in the above text to confirm

2. Align the charging position of the mobile phone with the + sign position to charge

3. Do not put the Phone‘s camera on the charging pad. The charging coil of the wireless charging phone is located under the camera. If your camera is placed on the charging pad, it means that the charging position is not aligned, which may cause the phone to fail to charge. The camera of some mobile phones is protruding, which will increase the distance between the phone and the charging pad, resulting in failure to charge successfully

4. If the phone has a case, please make sure the thickness of the case is less than 0.2 inch or remove the case before charging. It is not compatible with Otterbox Commuter case

5. Check whether your device’s case contains metal. Magnetic and metal attachments will cause an LED flash and prevent charging.

6. Check if you are using the QC 3.0 18W adapter to power our wireless charger, or test with another adapter.

7. Test with other USB-C cables.
