FAQ

1. If your device cannot be charged, please try the following methods:

(1) Please check whether the adapter is a QC3.0 fast charger (output: 9V/2A), and the original iPhone adapter does not match the wireless charger.

(2) Check whether the indicator light is on.

(3) Please check the thickness of your case (<=5mm). No metal rings or magnetic pads are provided.

(4) Please restart the phone and test with another USB cable.

2. If you are using the wireless charger recommended on the QC3.0 adapter and have eliminated any potential charging obstacles, but you still encounter problems

Questions, please try:

(1) Replace the cable connected to the wireless charger.

(2) Restart the phone.

(3) Unplug the adapter and reinsert it.
