1. Why doesn’t this charger work?

1) Make sure that the phone supports the wireless charging function.

2) Use the Original cable to connect the power supply before use.

3) DO NOT USE a thick protecting case which exceed 4mm.

4) Make sure there is NO metal ring holder, metal attachments, credit cards and other attachments on the back of your phone.

2. Why NOT fast charging or NOT charging?

We recommend QC3.0 fast charger adapter (9V/2A)for better charging effect; 5V/2A is the normal charging speed; 5V/1A will lead to insufficient power supply.

3. Why doesn’t the clamping arms move?

If the wireless charger is out of power, the arm clamp will not work. Please plug the cable into the QC3.0 car charger to ensure that the motor have enough electricity when you clamp or release the phone.

Sensitive Automatic Opening & Closing

The car charger holder is equipped with electromagnetic induction device, and the clamp arms can automatically open and close. And the pallet can adjust automaticlly according to the size of the mobile phone for the best charging effect. Instead of traditional plastic air outlet opening clips, we use the METAL clips to promote the quality.

Rotate the Viewing Angle

You can rotate the holders 360° and the screen can be viewed in landscape (horizontal) orientation, which offer the safest way to access your phones systems such as your GPS and phone calls. The clip is compatible with 99% of car vents.

Attention Please: ONLY support horizontal and vertical air vent, NOT support the round air vent.

Intelligent LED Indicator Light

1.Before using this wireless phone charger, please use the provided USB-A to C cable to connect the phone mount to a USB charging port in your car.

Strong Suction Cup & Reusable Gel

Clean the dashboard/windshield and mount the suction cup on the dashboard/Windshield. Push the suction cup harder against the flat surface to exhaust the internal air through pressure and lock the bottom to ensure stability. The Gel on the bottom can be washed and reused.

Telescopic Arm
