Q3:Does the auto-clamping car mount fit all the way of vents?

A3:Wireless charger for car is suitable for most cars on the market.This mount performs best on horizontal and vertical vents only. It is not for arc-shaped, retraction type and passive air vents.

Q4:Why my charger does not charge through my phone case?

A4:Check the thickness of your phone,case over 8 mm is not recommended.Wireless charging not possible if phone with these case (thick/ ring/ metal case, etc.)

The clamp arm does not work:

1. The charging phone mount for car is powered off and the built-in battery capacity is depleted. Please plug the data cable into the QC3.0 car charger to ensure that the motor has enough power when clamping or releasing the phone, otherwise the clamping arm cannot move.

2. The clamping arm will stop working if it is obstructed. Please clear the obstacle, touch the induction part to reset the product into the off state, touch the induction switch again can be used normally.

3.Battery damage.

Unable to charge/slow charging/intermittent charging.

1. Only smartphones with wireless charging capabilities that meet international Qi standards can be charged.

2. Check the power of the charging head. When using wireless charging, the minimum standard of the charging head is 5V/2A. If it is lower than this standard, the charging will be intermittent. The best charging speed can be achieved by using QC3.0 adapter.

3. Please check if the phone case is compatible with wireless charging. Please remove thick, bumpy or sturdy phone cases, metal ring covers, metal accessories and credit cards for best charging. Please make sure the thickness of the phone case does not exceed 8mm.

4. To prevent your phone from overheating, we recommend that you close the application to reduce power consumption and turn off the phone screen while charging wirelessly.
