Why car charger doesn’t work?

1.Make sure your phone supports fast charging.

2.Make sure your car power is connected.

3.Use the original cable and adapter to connect the power supply before use.

4.For large cell phone, pull down the bottom bracket to the end.

5.The thickness of the phone case does not exceed 4mm.

6.Make sure there is no metal material, magnetic objects, credit cards or pop holders on the back of your phone between the phone and the phone case.

Notes:

Vertical Pull Down Design: For large screen cell phone, to ensure well connect with the charging part, please pull down the bottom tray to the end.

Case Friendly: If your phone case thickness is thinner than 4mm, no need to remove(most of phone cases are compatible, except rugged, uneven case.)

Overcharge Protection: When cell phone fully charged, the wireless phone holder mount will automatically power off to protect the battery of your phone.

Qi Fast Charging: To achieve fast charge, please use the QC 3.0 Adapter and Type C cable we provide in the package.

For Not Smooth Mount: Please use the included 3M VHB dashboard pad if the surface you want to mount is not smooth but textured.
