Problems You May Encounter

1, Your phone can’t get charged while in the protective case?

It can definitely charge phone even with the phone case, but because it has FOD foreign body detection and protection function, the phone case cannot contain metal or magnets. And the thickness of the phone case cannot exceed 8mm.

2, The wireless car charger charge slow and the arms will keep releasing on its own?

The minimum standard for charging head when using wireless charging is 5V 2.4A. If it is lower, the charging will be intermittent. It would be better to use QC3.0 adapter. If you plug it directly into the USB port that comes with the car, the electricity power supply will be insufficient, so it will cause the wireless car charger to on and off automatically.

3, Your phone is unable to charge in this wireless charger?

Firstly, check if your phone has the wireless charging function. If yes, check whether all interfaces are connected correctly and whether your phone cases is not compatible or has some magnetic objects.
