Use the 18W adapter provided

Only use the supplied 18 W quick charger 3.0 to charge your i-Phone, Galaxy Buds and Airpods 2 / Pro at the same time. The normal iPhone wall plug (only 5 W) has problems driving the charger.

NOTE

Avoid using a thick protective cover (> 5 mm) and other attachments while you are charging your device.

For people who are sensitive to light, this wireless charger needs to be placed far from the bed.

As long as the temperature of the phone is below 50 while charging, this is normal. And then the charger will stop charging and lower the temperature for efficient charging.

The application running consumes a lot of power when the mobile phone is charging. It is recommended to reduce or close the application.

FAQ

Lead to abnormal charging, high charging temperature, intermittent charging, even no charging, how can I deal with this problem.

(1) Please check whether the adapter is a QC3.0 fast charger (output: 9V/2A), and the original iPhone adapter does not match the wireless charger. (2) Check whether the indicator light is on. (3) Reduce or close the application. (4) Please check the thickness of your case (<=5mm). No metal rings or magnetic pads are provided(5) Unplug the adapter and reinsert i. (6) Please restart the phone and test with another USB cable.
