Q: What is ANC and Transparency mode, and how to activate them?
– ANC stands for Active Noise Cancellation….external noises will be detected and reduced when activated.
– In contrast, Transparency mode provides amplified sound. This gets rid of the occlusion effect(of the plugged ear). Makes you can clearly hear your background sound and interact with your surroundings.
-Press and hold the touch-sensitive panel on either earbud for 2 seconds to activate and switch between modes.
Q: What if there’s only one earbud connected or worked / Two earbuds cannot be connected at the same time.
To restore factory setting:
1. Press and hold the control panels on BOTH earbuds for 8 seconds to TURN OFF.
2. Press and hold the touch panels on BOTH earbuds for 8 seconds again to RESTORE factory setting.
3. Put both earbuds back into the charging case and take them out to repeat the connection process to your Bluetooth device.
Tips: During this process, you will hear multiple prompt tones, please ignore them and continue to press and hold until you hear four continuous beeps.
