1. How to enable message reminder?
(1).Please ensure the permissions of App, messages, calls, etc. are allowed when you download the FitCloudPro app for the first time.
(2).When the watch is successfully connected to the “FitCloudPro” APP, click [Device] — >[Push Notifications] — >enable [Enable All Reminder] in the APP, and the watch can receive message reminders.
*Note:The watch won’t receive any notification if messages/calls/SMS notifications didn’t appear on dropdown of your phone, make sure they are able to show up: Phone Settings–>Notifications> Find the app you need to get notification from–>Allow Notifications.
In the App: authorize the watch to receive messages. Do not enable Do Not Disturb mode.
2. Does this watch have a call function?
The watch has no call function, only caller ID and reject call function.
3. How to set language and time?
When the watch is successfully connected to the “FitCloudPro” APP, the default language of the watch is English, and you can switch the desired language in [settings] —> [Lanuage] on the watch; the time of the watch will be automatically updated synchronously, no need to manually set the time, You can set the time format of 12 hours and 24 hours in [Device]—>[Hour Style] in the “FitCloudPro” APP.
4. How to set the weather forecast?
After the watch is successfully connected to the “FitCloudPro” APP, you need to turn on the [Device]—>[Weather reports] function in the FitCloudPro” APP, and the watch will automatically capture the weather information on the phone and update it about every 3 hours.
5. How to switch the dial of the watch?
When the watch is successfully connected to the “FitCloudPro” APP, click [Device] —> [Dial library] in the FitCloudPro” APP, there are 200+ dials to choose from, and you can DIY your personalized dial.
