1.If your phone system is IOS

-Connect your iPhone via cable(USB Port)

-Open the TLINK APP on the radio and try to use the Carplay Function directly

2.If your phone system is Android

-Connect your Android phone via cable(USB Port)

-Download the Android Auto APP on your phone

-Open the TLINK APP on the radio to use the Android Auto Function.

Notice1:If you want to use the Carplay or Android Auto Function,you must tap the TLINK APP to achieve the connection. Notice2:When you open the TLINK App,you will Get a hint: Open EasyConnection when this USB device is connected? Please choose CANCEL. Seller Service: Always Online.

Easyconnection

EasyConnection allows you to cast what’s displayed on your smartphone to car screen

It allows users to cast what’s running on phone’s screen to the car stereo screen by running an application called EasyCon.So you can use the phone’s GPS navigation app(Google Maps,Waze,Tomtom,etc)for online navigation,or let your phone’s video app(YouTube,etc)display on DZT017’s screen.It is compatible with the latest Android&iOS smartphones.

Considering both CarPlay and Andriod Auto are not compatible with video apps,such as YouTube,EasyCon provides an alternative option,especially when you hope what’s running on your phone can also be output to be displayed on a second monitor via video out interface for kids.

Watching video while car is in motion may be illegal,and we do not recommend it.

Note:EasyConnection and CPAA(CarPlay&Android Auto) cannot be enabled at the same time. When you enable the easyconnection function in the settings,the system will automatically disable CPAA feature,and vice versa

Bluetooth Hands-free and A2DP Bluetooth Stream

Bluetooth enabled for wireless hands-free calling and speaker listening when paired with a smartphone.

GOOGLE MAP and Waze

DZT017 is pre-installed Google Maps and WAZE.people could download Google offline Maps as well, so DZT017 will work without Internet.

Waze’s police report is also helpful because it helps drivers monitor their speed and avoid getting tickets. To save time, however, Waze prefers to take drivers back to the roundabout through residential areas. This may be ideal for long drives, but it’s not as taxing for short trips.

Meanwhile, the Google map can still reach the destination in time and alert drivers to information about accidents and traffic jams. But the alert does not provide information as Waze does, mainly because the Google map has no social aspect.
