The dual-SIM (Nano) Samsung Galaxy A12 runs on Android 10 with One UI Core 2.5 on top and features a 6.5-inch HD+ (720×1,600 pixels) TFT Infinity-V Display with a 20:9 aspect ratio. It is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio P35 SoC, along with 4GB of RAM as standard. The smartphone comes with a quad rear camera setup that includes a 48-megapixel primary sensor with an f/2.0 lens, a 5-megapixel ultra-wide-angle shooter, a 2-megapixel macro shooter, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. Samsung has also provided an 8-megapixel camera sensor at the front with an f/2.2 lens. In terms of storage, the Samsung Galaxy A12 has up to 128GB of onboard storage that is expandable via a microSD card (up to 1TB).
