TEETH: Bentonite clay is excellent for mouthwashes. Mix 1/2 teaspoon of clay with 1/4 cup in a glass or wooden jar. Shake until completely diluted then rinse your mouth several times with it. This clay will add perfectly to your homemade toothpaste!
HAIR: Distribute the paste all over the hair. Brush then leave on for 10 to 15 minutes. Rinse and then wash your hair with your usual shampoo. 1 time per week.
BATH: Enjoy a good green clay bath by diluting 200g of powder in your bath water. Relax for 20 minutes, then rinse off.
