Must Espresso Italiano is an Ultramar Caffè brand, an Italian company that produces coffee, soluble drink and leaf tea. Must coffee is compatible with several popular brands, such as Nespresso* and Nescafé* Dolce Gusto * machines. The Italian coffee tradition is a fundamental part of the brand that was born in the Marche hills. The history of the company starts from a desire of the founders, starting from a wide experience in the sector, to perfect the skills to develop more and more innovative coffee and tea productions.
The products of the Must range use high quality coffee in order to give anyone and everywhere the pleasure of Italian espresso. The process starts from a careful selection of the grains, then passes through the fundamental roasting process, finally arriving at the creation of the blends and packaging. Must also constantly increases its green commitment, with the introduction of disposable capsules directly in the organic and replacing more and more plastic in its products.

Selected ingredients
The different coffee blends and the soluble drinks used are selected from the finest qualities of coffee and powder products. To provide the best quality, they are also subjected to rigorous controls regarding the degree of humidity, the level of roasting and the absence of contamination from various harmful agents. All raw materials used are fully traceable.
Unique roasting process
The coffee is roasted and ground directly in our production area. The granulometry of the ground coffee is always checked by means of a MASTERSIZER system which allows to evaluate the perfect grind for each different coffee blend. Each production requires a different grinding of the coffee and preliminary brewing and tasting tests are carried out to evaluate its effectiveness.
The packaging process
Our modern packaging plant is highly automated. It is a process subjected to constant control during all the steps, starting from the specific encapsulating machine up to the pallet of the finished product. This process takes place within a closed system, which contains nitrogen with a purity level over 99%.
Nespresso compatible aluminum capsules
Must aluminum capsules are compatible with any Nespresso* machine. The aluminum, as well as ensuring a perfect supply of the product, can be disposed of in the appropriate bin and over and over again. The capsule is a 24 month barrier capsule with a large sealing area (3mm) and a capacity of 6gr per capsule.
The proposed range features 6 different coffee flavors, to satisfy any need: Napoli, Pure Arabica, Cremoso, Ristretto, Lungo and Decaffeinato. In addition, there is a variety pack of mixed capsules, so that it is possible to try all the blends and also great as a gift idea. A selection of different fine blends, perfect for coffee lovers.

The lifecycle of the aluminum capsule
We make our products starting only from excellent raw materials. Once processed in order to enhance their qualities, they are enclosed in 100% Aluminum capsules and top lids, thus making the capsules 100% in aluminum. The recycling of aluminum, in fact, saves about 90% of the energy needed to produce it starting from the raw material which has the quality of being reusable in other forms indefinitely.
In order to dispose of the product it is essential to empty the capsule. Often, in fact, everything is thrown into the undifferentiated without dividing the aluminum from the organic. However, by doing this simple step, the filtered coffee remaining in the capsule is disposed of in organic waste to become compost, and the aluminum is transferred to its aluminum collection. By doing so, it can be disposed of and transformed into other aluminum objects and so on, potentially indefinitely. Must is engaging in a process that aims at the gradual abandonment of plastic from its products to further increase its green commitment.

The taste of coffee
