CAN IT BE USED ON DRY HAIR?
We do not recommend using on dry hair. Wetting the hair prior to application makes the color more even and gives better control to depositing.
HOW LONG DOES THE NEUTRALIZATION LAST?
It depends on the hairs porosity and the number of times it is washed. When used with the 3 step regimen the neutralization will last much longer.
