Call/Message notification or connection failed:
1.Please uninstall the “fitcloudpro” APP from your phone and download it again. Allow all permission requests(Phone/Messaging/Call log) when you install the” fitcloudpro” app. Also make sure the permissions of “fitcloudpro” must be enabled to have it run in the background so notifications will come through. (*Note:The watch will not receive any text/call notification if you only connect it with your phone via Bluetooth but not “fitcloudpro” APP)
2.Check if the call/text/SNS notifications are able to display on your phone’s notification bar or not. If not, please allow them to pop-up on the notification bar via phone settings: Setting->Notifications-> ‘Phone’&’Messages’&’SNS app you need’->Tick the “Banners” and “Always Show Previews”.
3.Connect the watch with your phone via the “fitcloudpro” APP. Open the APP->Click the “watch” symbol > Click “Push Notification “->Turn on both “Notification permission” & “Access accessibility”(Android) or “Total Switch”(IOS) above->Tick the APP you need,then you can received notifications from phone.

1. How to download the “fitcloudpro” APP?
Way 1: Download the “fitcloudpro” APP directly from APP Store/Google Play;
Way 2: Scan the QR code (in the user manual) directly.
2. How to connect the smartwatch with “fitcloudpro” APP ？
Step 1: Turn on your watch, go to Menu > Settings > System>About>Find the MAC addrss of the watch.
Step 2: Enable Bluetooth turned on your mobile phone.
Step 3: Start “fitcloudpro” on your phone
Step 4: Tap Device > + > SEARCH on your mobile phone, Find the corresponding MAC address of watch to connect.
Tips:
*Please make sure your phone is fully charged, download the app “fitcloudpro “, turn on your phone Bluetooth, but you need to connect your phone and watch with the app “fitcloudpro”.
*If you can’t connect your watch wiht Bluetooth, don’t worry, you only need to unpair the watch in the Bluetooth settings of your phone and connect the phone to the watch via the app.
*Please turn on the corresponding software message notification in “fitcloudpro” APP after the smartwatch connected with your smartphone so that the smartwatch can receive notification normally.
