Customer Question 1: Why my charger not work, and the red light flash?

1. If you use the normal 5W adapter, it will cause the red light to flash. Please make sure you have use our original adapter or Quick Charger adapter.

2. If the cord is not plugged in properly, it will cause the red light to flash. Please re-plug the two ports of the charging cable and plug them all the way in.

3. Some customer may put phone directly on the charger with no distance, it will cause the red light to flash. Please make sure the charging distance is within 13-30mm.

4. If the phone do not put in correct charging position, it will cause the red light to flash. Please move the phone to correct charging point.

Customer Question 2: I put my phone on the charger, it do not charge my phone even with no object.

The effective charging distance is 13-30mm(0.51”-1.18”).

Put your phone directly on the charger, the charger will not work and red light flashes. Please put a book or something between the charger and your phone when you do the test.

Also you can install the charger under your table(follow the installation steps), and start charging.

Customer Question 3: When I do not paste the table sticker, the phone is charging. Can I do not use the sticker?

Table sticker is necessary for the following reasons:

1. The functional table sticker includes magnetic sheets and self-closing coils, which can enhance the charging effect.

2. It has an identification function, which can help find the precise position when placing the mobile phone for charging.

Customer Question 4: Worked for about a week and then I noticed it would not indicate it was charging my phone any more.

your situation may be that the power socket is loose, causing the power supply voltage to change from 12V to 5V, so it to fail to work.

It is recommended that you re-plug the power plug, including the USB-A port and USB-C port, and try charging again.
