2. Avoid charging with case over 0.2inch or case with credit card, metal ,buckle ring, hard plastic etc

3. Better use with a QC3.0 or PD adapter

4. Check if your phone is over 6.6″ ??? if Yes, will only charge in landscape model or at the bottom
