Farmers harvest fully ripe cacao pods by hand, and beans are cleaned and sun-dried using traditional methods. Cocoa nibs are then fermented, gently roasted to bring out aroma, pressed to separate the natural oils and finely ground to release all the flavour. MAKE IN MINUTES: Put 4 teaspoons of hot chocolate powder into a mug, pour 250ml of hot milk, stir and enjoy. Alternatively, mix the chocolate powder with cold milk in a microwavable mug and heat on high for 1 minute, 40 seconds. Stir before drinking
