Q1: How to extend the battery life?
A: Please charge the headphones with the original cable. Fully charge the headphones before using them for the first time.
Q2: I paired the headphones with my phone, but there is no sound from the headphones.
A: Make sure the headphones/phone are/is not muted. Please select the headphone device as an audio output device when calling.
Q3: Does this headphones have active noise cancellation?
A: Our Bluetooth headphones is passive noise isolating, NOT active noise cancellation(ANC). The CVC 6.0 noise cancelling mic can help get rid of static and environmental noise during phone calls, but it can’t cancel the noise completely.
Q4: How to reset?
A: Turn off the headphones. Press and hold the MFB button for 12 seconds. (You will hear the “power on” and “pairing” sound; keep holding the MFB button and then you hear 3 tones; The headphones reset.)
