Q1. Why is the charging speed slow while using the adapter?

A1. We recommend using the included charging cable with this product. Not all charging cables are fast-charging compatible and if you are using a cable that isn’t, charging may be slower. Make sure that the charging cable is securely connected to the adapter.

Q2. Why does the adapter get hot when charging?

A2. Fast charging creates heat and it is normal for adapters to get hot while in use. This adapter has an aluminum shell which effectively dissipates heat to allow for safer and faster charging, which may cause it to feel hot to the touch.

Q3. Why is it not charging while plugged in?

A3. Make sure the adapter is firmly connected to the socket and the charging cable is securely plugged in at both ends. We recommend using the included charging cable. If you are using a different one, try swapping to see if it makes a difference.
