Cloud 9 is in the business of making awesome. No, really. Our brand of awesome just happens to be a gluten-free product.
We started out on this journey with a purpose of giving Celiacs and others with dietary needs something delicious. Wheat isn’t the end all and be all of baking, and we wanted to prove that. So, we came up with our Gluten-Free All-Purpose Baking Mix, which is a cup-for-cup substitute to flour. Cool, right?
Then we took Cloud 9 further. We realized that a gluten-free diet appeals to those who aren’t Celiac too — people with other allergies or people who want to feel good about what they eat.
