Smoky with notes of dark chocolate, Bytown Boom is loved by many of our dark roast drinkers. While our roasters update Bytown Boom seasonally, they always work to provide consistency in every cup!

TRULY BETTER COFFEE. We’ll let you in on a little secret: coffee graded as “specialty” still has a high allowance for damaged, under-ripe and malnourished beans. We work directly with farmers to make sure you’re getting a better cup from ripe, undamaged, and well cared for coffees.
BETTER ROASTING. Roasting coffee well requires experience, experimentation, and care. Our coffee team use the experience gained from 15 years tasting thousands of coffees and participating in both Canadian and international coffee competitions to constantly test and tune our roasting to ensure better tasting coffee.
