Tips
The windshield repair kit is ONLY for outer glass of front windshield to repair all types of laminated windscreen chips and cracks. For example, bulls-eye, spider web, star-shaped damage, and damage less than 1 inch(25 mm) in diameter.This kit will not repair surface pits larger than or cracks longer than 8 inch (20cm).Pure scratches, small dots without clear cracks are NOT suitable for this windshield repair kit.
Quickly Repair
The advanced resin formula can perfectly fit with all types of laminated windshields. The shear strength can reach to 20PA and prevent small cracks from spreading.We have upgraded the windshield repair kit and this version contains 2 bottles of repair resin. Don’t need to worry about so many cracks on your windshield without sufficient resin.
Easy to Operate
Step 1
Ensure the surface to be clean and dry.Align the center of the suction cup bracket with the crack.
Step 2
Screw a pressure cylinder into the suction cup bracket.
Step 3
Squeeze resin into the pressure cylinder.
Step 4
Screw a pressure bar into the pressure cylinder.Unscrew and remove the pressure bar.Repeat this step.
Step 5
Drop 1 drop of repair resin and then apply a curing strip.
Step 6
Full sunlight to allow the repair solution to solidify.In case of indoor operation, use a UV lamp instead.
Step 7
Tear off the curing strip and scrape off the excessive resin.
Step 8
Finished.Tips: Please avoid direct sunlight until step 6.
Use Windshield Repair Kit Warm Tips:
The Windshield Repair Kit is not suitable for a cell phone screen, only for a vehicle windshield with double-layered glass.In order to make sure resin solidify as expected, please repair should be made in the shaded area between 15°C and 32°C (60°F to 90°F). Or it takes a longer time to make the resin solidify.In case of indoor operation, the UV lamp can be used for solidification.As soon as the damage occurs, cover the damaged area with transparent tape to keep from dust and moisture.The glass ought to be dry and free from water when repairing. Surfaces must be clean and dry.Attention! Always wear safety glasses and gloves when handling this windshield repair kit.
