Can these masks really provide better protection while being “thin”?
Absolutely, AirQueen has a unique patented Nanofiber technology that provides both protection and comfort. Nanofibers are significantly more densely knitted compared to the conventional cotton that’s made for “medical masks”. This means that the “thickness” of a mask does not equivalate to its efficacy.
What does the date on the package mean?
EG. “제조 2020.04” printed on the back of the package is the “Date of Manufactured” (when the masks were made). Face masks don’t typically expire. We do uphold the highest standard of safety/quality and by recommending using your masks within the first 3-5 years of the manufactured date.
Why is the average cost of AirQueen and Korean Masks more than others?
South Korea has stricter quality control than most countries in Asia/rest of the world. South Korea’s minimum hourly wage in 2019 was ranked seventh highest among OECD countries. Higher overhead costs assures us consumers; regulated work, health and safety, quality, cleanliness, and no exploitation of factory workers. Of course there are many cheaper face masks online where you can buy for as low as $0.65 per mask, but what was the sacrifice that was taken in place for us consumers to enjoy the “low costing masks”?
Are Airqueen disposable masks reusable? Why do the masks make a crackling noise
Initially this may sound like an oxymoron but, due to our patented nanofibers and the special polyurethane coating on the mask (which is the crackling noise) can provide up to 10x of re-usage.
