1.This stylus pen has NO Bluetooth function and does NOT support “palm rejection”. Please make sure your hand is not on the screen. NO pressure or tilt sensitivity.
2. NOT compatible with Microsoft windows system device.
3.If the stylus pen is sluggish and cannot write successfully on the device, it may be because the device is not working properly. Please restart the device or close other applications.

Settings—>Apple Pencil—>Turn off the Apple pencil.
Settings—> Notes—>Turn off “Only Draw with Apple Pencil”.
Settings—> General—> Reset—> Reset All Settings.
