FAQ: The suction cup won’t stay on the dash. what should i do?

Clean the dashboard before mountingFind a flat surface and press the pad to the dashboard and leave more than 24 hours to maximize stickness (not for curved surface)Peel off the thin film on the suction cup, place the suction cup on the dashboard pad then press the mount to squeeze the air.Press down the safe lock to the end. There you go.Note: Each dashboard can only be used once. Once removed, it cannot be applied.

FAQ: Why does the wireless charger phone mount arm no longer keep locked, but keep sagging?

Please open the safety lock before adjusting the angle of the elbow, otherwise the part connected to the safety lock will lose its fixing ability, causing the mounting arm to no longer remain locked, but continue to sag
